Pin Windows 1.0

Pin Windows is a tiny utility to "pin" windows so they stay on top of all other windows on the desktop.
To use the utility, download and install the appropriate Setup package for your system (Setup32 for 32bit windows, Setup64 for 64 bit version of Windows) and install it.

To "pin" a window, click on the icon in the system tray. The cursor will change to a push pin. Click on the title area of the window you wish to pin (clicking anywhere else will cause the utility to stop searching for a window). The window will now be a top level window.

To "unpin" a window, just follow the same steps as above.
